Science of sleep

I really don't sleep that well and if I do sleep, it's only for about 3-4 hours a night. I know it's not normal and I should try to meditate or exercise or pray or some random bullshit like that but I don't think red tea is going to make me sleep anymore than I do now. The problem I have is not falling asleep but staying asleep. That being said, when I got up this morning after about 4 hours of sleep I found this in and around my bed.....
Now I know what your thinking. Your think that I had a run in with the most horrid, gloved, son of a thousand maniacs but you are wrong. Well at least I think you're wrong. I laid in my bed last night and turned on the TV and next thing I remember its morning and I have a cut on my arm and some random hat and sweater.
I put some hydrogen peroxide and some bacitracin and bandaged up the wound. It's not as bad as it looks but it was real strange that I woke up in that state.

Falcor

I went for a bike ride the other day and ended up in the Boston common just laying down and looking up at the clouds. It was very relaxing and peaceful and was exactly what I needed. At one point I noticed one of the clouds looking like Falaco from the Never Ending Story. I whipped out my cell phone and snapped off a photo or two. Take a look and see for your self.
