When I was in Chicago a couple of weekends ago for a wedding, I had the honor of feasting on some freshly killed pork. After all the wedding festivities were over and the party was starting to wined down, I noticed a newly set table towards the back of the hall. As I got closer, I noticed this delicious looking specimen.
I had never seen a freshly cooked pig before and a head that was still in tact. I have to say, the meat was very tender and juicy and oooohhhhhhh so good. I made a little doggy bag and took it back to the hotel for some late night eats.
