It has come to my attention that Comic Con 2009 has concluded for the year. From that we get the first look at the NEW Nightmare on Elm Street poster and a sneak peak at what Freddy, our favorite gloved murder, is going to look like.

akomplice: streetwear's biggest biter

I got this email from a friend of mine and I think you should read it because its an important issue.

So here's the deal. A few years ago a company called Akomplice stole one of my designs (thanks to an ex-friend) and has since then built a very large company around it, selling the Statue of Liberty design to 170+ stores worldwide and still today it's their number 1 selling item. We had words back then, I consulted an attorney and realized there wasn't much I could do. Now a few years later, they struck again in an even more obvious fashion (no pun intended) and once again, since the design has been altered enough-I can't really do anything. So, I put together this video short showing the progression of their theft and after only 300 views on Youtube I got a call from the company asking what they could do to make me take this video down. I told them they could stop selling the tee, which has already made them $18,000, and they aren't willing to do that. So, my goal is to get this video to go viral. All I am asking you to do is just watch it, and if you really don't mind, forward it on to anyone else who might be interested or put it on your facebook or myspace. If this video gets over 9600 views and a ton of 5 star ratings it will be the number 1 video on Youtube when you type in the word Akomplice. Hopefully with that much exposure I can stop this company, and scare off future brands from stealing another design from me. Thanks for all of your constant support!

T-shirt game

I was on a boat the other day and it was occupied by all sorts of random, drunk and sloppy, drug induced hooligans. While on this vessel, I came across this booze bag looking out over the horizon and he had on this slightly stupid yet alcoholically comedic t-shirt. It caught my attention so I took a snap shot of it and decided to share it. If you don't already know, I am intrigued by whitey, random t-shirts.............YES, I am easily amused.

I have been a fan of dope T shirts for a long time. When I see one I like, I make sure the rest of the world can appreciate it just like I do. My boy had this shirt on the other night and I thought is was a hell of a shirt. Its a raccoon wearing a bandanna. I mean what a great shirt right?

When my mother found out about the passing of Micheal Jackson, she called me up and wanted to talk about it. We talked about the first time she heard MJ and what happened the first time I heard MJ. We talked about the Thriller video and the movie The WIZ w/Diana Ross. Then she asked me if I remembered where the MJ leather jackets we had were? I told her I didn't have the slightest clue. She told me she would go down to the basement and look through an old suitcase to see if she could find them. Unfortunately she came up empty but not completely. Today I went by my parents house and the first thing my mom told me was that she found some old T's that she thinks I would want and she was correct. Here are some OLD SCHOOL VINTAGE T's that my brother and I wore like 18 years ago. ENJOY BEEEEEEATCH.

An hour @ RESCUE

One day last week I was in the great city of Allston and I decided to visit Rescue. Rescue is a new kind of shop. They hand pick all the items they carry. Check out the description on there home page. One inside, I came across three T-shirts that I thought would be worth mentioning.RAD, RAD, RAD. It's the old school L.A. Raiders logo and it plastered like a billboard on the front. One more time..... RADI really don't have to say anything about this one because it speaks for it's self....PRICELESSFor some reason it was kind of a political  t-shirt day. I sent this to my Republican friend and I got all sorts of shit back. He is a die hard Republican so when I sent him the picture of the Palin tee he actually called me up and told me exactly how he felt. Lets just say it was not the most appropriate  moment for speaker phone. Thanks for the laugh HanktheBank.

In my boredom one afternoon, I decided to get a bit creative. In the past, I have been told that my creativity is less than par. I have actually had full blown discussions/arguments with one of my faithful followers about this ( you know whom you are).
